So today at swim practise: IM practise -_- 4 times around; IM order(1st round fly, 2nd back, 3rd breast, 4th free): 12X50’s, 2 on 60, 1 on 50 1X100 on 2:00 1X300 IM decending 1-4 FUCK OMG, I wanted to kill myself, I actually almost cryed. I hate IM practises they are the worst.

So today I swam 2 events, 100 backstroke and 50 free.
